摘要
催化裂化装置再生烟气是炼油企业主要的大气污染物排放源。基于源头治理的催化裂化烟气及二次污染物绿色减排技术通过催化助剂将再生烧焦过程中产生的SOx和NOx等气态污染物原位脱除,同时优化脱硫脱硝后处理设施操作,可降低其运行负荷,消控“有色烟羽”,降低废水氨氮、化学需氧量(COD)、溶解性总固体(TDS)等二次污染物排放,抑制系统结盐,延长装置运行周期。针对无烟气后处理设施或装置检修、开停工等特殊工况,亦可通过应用强化助剂控制烟气污染物排放。
The flue gas from the fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)regenerator is the main emission source of air pollutants in oil refinery.The green emission reduction technology of FCC flue gas and the secondary pollutants based on source pollution control removes the gaseous pollutants such as SO,and NO,generated in the regenerative burning process in situ through catalytic additives,and optimizes the operation of desulfurization and denitrification in post-treatment facilities,which can also reduce its operating load and eliminate colored smoke plume,Reduce the discharge of secondary pollutants such as ammonia-nitrogen,chemical O_(x)ygen demand(COD)and dissolved total solids(TDS)in wastewater,inhibit the salt formation of the system,and extend the operation cycle of the device.In view of the absence of flue gas post-treatment facilities or on occasion of maintenance,opening and shutdown of FCC,the emission of flue gas pollutants can also be controlled by applying strengthening catalytic additives.
