摘要
本文立足于海洋油气开发区溢油风险预警防控能力提升工作需求,顺应立体化、多元化和实时化海洋科学观测发展趋势,研发了一种海底有缆在线观测系统,攻克了实时在线观测数据/视频稳定传输技术,以解决当前石油平台溢油监测存在的发现不及时、泄漏点难定位、无法科学评估生态损害等问题。成果已应用于海洋油气资源安全生产、自然资源/生态环境部门海洋生态预警监测业务化工作以及企业/社会团体常态化环境保护管理工作等。
A submarine cable-based online observation system has been developed in this study based on the requirements for enhancing the early warning and preventive control capabilities of oil spill risks in offshore oil and gas development areas,which responds to the development trend of threedimensional,diversified,and real-time marine scientific observation.It overcomes the challenges of real-time online observation data/video stable transmission technology in order to address issues such as delayed detection of oil spills on oil platforms,difficulty in locating leakage points,and the inability to scientifically assess ecological damage.The results of this study have been applied in the fields of marine oil and gas resource security production,the operational work of marine ecological warning monitoring by natural resources or ecological environment departments,and the normalized work of environmental protection management by enterprises or social organizations.
