摘要
试验旨在研究维生素C(VC)和菌酶复合物配合葡萄糖两种治疗方法对抗生素中毒的奶牛血清生化指标、免疫和抗氧化功能的影响。挑选体重约(250.00±10.23)kg的抗生素中毒牛20头,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组5个重复,每个重复2头牛。对照组奶牛静脉注射葡萄糖和VC,试验组奶牛口服葡萄糖和菌酶复合物,连续用药7 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验第8 d,试验组奶牛白细胞、中性粒细胞、红细胞和血红蛋白显著减少(P<0.05),血小板数量显著增加(P<0.05);血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性及总胆红素(TBIL)、钠(Na)、磷(P)和尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)和钙(Ca)含量显著增加(P<0.05);试验组奶牛血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验第8 d,试验组奶牛血常规、血清生化、抗氧化及免疫指标数据与健康牛差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,葡萄糖和菌酶复合物可有效改善抗生素中毒的奶牛血常规、血清生化指标,提高机体免疫力和抗氧化功能。
The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effect of VC and bacterial enzyme complex combined with glucose on serum biochemical indexes,immune and antioxidant function of cows with antibiotic poisoning.Twenty cows with antibiotic poisoning,weighing about(250.00±10.23)kg were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with five replicates in each group and two cows in each replicate.The cows in the control group received an intravenous injection of glucose and VC,and the cows in the experimental group received an oral administration of glucose and bacterial enzyme complex for seven days.The results showed that compared with the control group,on the 8th day,the leukocytes,neutrophils,erythrocytes and hemoglobin of cows in the experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the platelets were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activitiy of ALT and CK,and the concentrations of TBIL,Na,P and BUN in serum significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of ALB and Ca significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of IgM,IgG,IL-6,IFN-γ,SOD activity and T-AOC in the serum of the cows in the experimental group significantly increased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of MDA significantly decreased(P<0.05).On the 8th day of the experiment,there were no significant differences in blood routine,serum biochemistry,antioxidant indexes and immune between the experimental group and healthy cows(P>0.05).The study indicates that glucose and bacteriase complex treatment can effectively improve the blood routine,serum biochemical,immunity and antioxidant function.
