中国式农业现代化背景下,提升饲料产业链韧性是实现农业经济高质量发展的重要途径。从现实价值层面解读,饲料产业链韧性提升是驱动供给侧结构性改革的务实之举、迎合市场需求的现实选择、构建农业现代化强国的坚实基础。从内生动力层面审视,科技创新能力提升、国家政策环境优化以及饲料市场规模扩大是提升饲料产业链韧性的内生动力。文章提出提升饲料产业链科技创新水平、构建饲料产业链创新发展机制、打造饲料产业链生态网的建议,以期为全面提升饲料产业链韧性、加快中国式农业现代化建设进程提供助益。

Under the background of Chinese-style agricultural modernization,improving the resilience of feed industry chain is an important way to achieve high-quality development of agricultural economy.From the perspective of practical value,improving the resilience of feed industry chain is a pragmatic move to drive supply-side reform,a realistic choice to meet market demand,and a solid foundation for building a strong agricultural modernization country.From the perspective of endogenous power,the improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability,the optimization of national policy environment and the expansion of feed market scale are the endogenous power to enhance the resilience of feed industry chain.The paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the scientific and technological innovation level of feed industry chain,constructing the innovation and development mechanism of feed industry chain and building the ecological network of feed industry chain,in order to provide help for comprehensively improving the resilience of feed industry chain and accelerating the process of Chinese-style agricultural modernization.
