南方某城市污泥集中协同处理工程设计探讨

摘要 在“双碳”发展目标的总体导向下,我国城市污泥处理处置面临的形势更加紧迫。以南方某城市污水厂污泥综合处理中心为例,对比分析了不同来源污泥的性质,分别采用“叠螺式浓缩机+污泥调理+超高压弹性压滤机”与“预处理筛分+砂石分离+污泥调理+高压板框压滤机”工艺,并通过设计进泥连通管道,实现了污水厂污泥、通沟污泥与河湖淤泥的集中协同处理,脱水泥饼含水率降至60%以下外运至发电厂进行焚烧处置,有效解决了污泥的最终出路。分析可知,污泥深度脱水单位碳排放量为976.9 kg CO_(2)/(t DS),污泥处理单位直接运行成本为274.1元/t,脱水泥饼外运焚烧处置费为219.2元/t,可为其他城市污泥项目的建设实施提供设计参考。 Under the overall guidance of the"dual carbon"development goal,the situation faced of urban sludge treatment and disposal is becoming more urgent at home.Taking the sludge comprehensive treatment center of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in a southern city as an example,the properties of sludge from different sources are comparative analyzed,and the processes of"stacked screw thickener+sludge conditioning+ultra high pressure elastic filter press"in conjunction with"pre processing screening+separation of sand and gravel+sludge conditioning+high pressure plate and frame filter press"are adopted respectively,and the mud inlet connecting pipe is designed as well.Finally,the centralized collaborative treatment of WWTP sludge,sewer sludge and river silt is realized.After treatment,the moisture content of the sludge decreases to below 60%and is transported to the power plant for incineration disposal,and also effectively solving the ultimate outlet for sewage sludge.Through engineering analysis,the unit carbon emission of deep mud dewatering is 976.9 kg CO_(2)/(t DS),the direct operating cost of the sludge treatment unit is 274.1 yuan/t,and the incineration disposal fee of cement cake is 219.2 yuan/t.It provides design references for the construction and implementation of other urban sludge projects.
