基于多种连接器集成的自动对接组合连接系统研究

摘要 随着连接器在航天、核电等行业应用不断推广,相关大型设备多为多功能集成设备,其内部涉及多种信号、介质的传递,需要多种类型的连接器来实现其信号的传递。多连接器的单独连接对自动化设备的要求高,多个连接器依次安装对接的时间成本高,对接不畅也会导致故障,造成经济损失。同时,连接器的人工插拔在安全性与效率上已无法满足使用工况,尤其涉及高压流体、大电流连接设备的工作环境。针对电连接器的不足,基于连接器集成技术提出组合连接系统的概念;从组合连接系统的意义与设计出发,简述了该系统的优点、功能、原理及关键技术;提出了该系统的结构件、电连接器、流体连接器设计方法,并进行了试验验证。提供了一种新型的连接器集成方案,并搭建了具体产品,对连接器集成自动对接的未来发展方向提供了思路与参考。 With the continuous promotion of the application of connectors in aerospace,nuclear power and other industries,the related large-scale equipment is mostly multi-functional integrated equipment,which involves the transmission of multiple signals and media.This requires a variety of types of connectors to achieve its signal transmission.The separate connection of multiple connectors has high requirements for automation equipment,and the time cost of installing and docking multiple connectors is high.Poor docking can also lead to failure and economic losses.At the same time,the manual insertion and extraction of connectors has been unable to meet the operating conditions in terms of safety and efficiency,especially involving the working environment of high-pressure fluid and high-current connection equipment.In view of the shortcomings of electrical connectors,the concept of combined connection system is proposed based on connector integration technology;the advantages,functions,principles and key technologies of the system are briefly described based on the significance and design of the combined connection system;the design methods of structural parts,electrical connectors and fluid connectors of the system are proposed and verified.A new type of connector integration scheme is provided,and a specific product is built,which provides ideas and references for the future development direction of connector integration automatic docking.
