摘要
数据中心对供电可靠性、连续性要求极高,配置市电、柴油发电机、UPS不间断电源三重电源保障。当市电电源出现故障,需要切换至柴油发电机/UPS供电。由于备用电源切换前需要对工况进行严谨判断,切换过程中操作流程多,且对切换快速性要求较高,依靠运维人员手动操作很困难且容易出错。因此,需要一套全自动化、智能化的数据中心电源切换、负载自动投切系统。提出一套利用分布式的微机继电保护装置,基于IEC 61850 GOOSE协议RSTP网络冗余的数据中心智能控制系统的解决方案,实现市电与柴油发电机供电切换、母联备自投切换、负载智能投切等功能。相比于传统利用PLC或独立式的控制装置实现自动投切功能,基于IEC 61850 GOOSE协议RSTP网络冗余智能投切系统的应用,将二次硬接线改为数字化装置之间基于高速以太网的数据交换,可以极大地降低设计、施工、调试和维护难度,提高系统的运行可靠性。
Internet Data Center(IDC)has extremely high requirements for power supply reliability and continuity,and is equipped with a triple power supply guarantee of municipal electricity,diesel generators,and UPS uninterrupted power supply.When the mains power supply fails,it needs to be switched to a diesel generator/UPS for power supply.Due to the need for rigorous judgment of the operating conditions before switching the backup power supply,the switching process involves multiple operating procedures,and high requirements for switching speed,relying on manual operation by operation and maintenance personnel is difficult and prone to errors.A fully automated and intelligent IDC power switching and load automatic switching system is needed.A solution is proposed for IDC intelligent control system that utilizes distributed microcomputer relay protection devices and RSTP network redundancy based on the IEC 61850 GOOSE protocol.It achieves functions such as power supply switching between mains and diesel generators,bus tie backup automatic switching,and load intelligent switching.Compared to traditional PLC or independent control devices that achieve automatic switching functions,the application of RSTP network redundancy intelligent switching system based on IEC 61850 GOOSE protocol can greatly reduce the difficulty of design,construction,debugging,and maintenance,and improve the operational reliability of the system by replacing secondary hard wiring with high-speed Ethernet data exchange between digital devices.
