摘要
农村污水处理站点分散,运行和人工值守成本较高,很难实现经济运行,使用物联网控制技术和现代智能优化算法可以减少运营成本,提高运营效率,实现远程无人值守和在线运维等功能。该控制系统是根据PLC控制下的设备和工艺要求相结合而设计的,以完成底层信号采集和设备控制为基础。在满足达标排放的前提下,基于结合物联网控制模块、现代智能算法等进行融合设计。分析了主要设备间的组合和功能情况,物联网终端设备的使用方法和场景,智能算法的分析步骤以及算法将历史数据分析转换为趋势判断中的一种方法,满足农村污水处理工艺的控制过程。结合远程物联网终端模块,数据传输,实现远程在线操控和远程维护,在实际工程中将现代智能算法融入到控制系统,优化跟踪了系统加药等方面的控制,保证农村污水处理站在无人值守的条件下稳定运行,提高了加药过程效率,节省了成本,在工程应用终端具有一定价值。
Rural sewage treatment stations are scattered,with high operating and manual costs,making it difficult to achieve economic operation.By using IoT control technology and modern intelligent optimization algorithms,operating costs can be reduced,operational efficiency can be improved,and functions can be achieved,such as remote unmanned and online operation and maintenance.The control system is designed based on the combination of equipment and process requirements under PLC control to complete the underlying signal acquisition and equipment control.On the premise of meeting the emission standards,it is integrated with the IoT control module and modern intelligent algorithms for design.The combination and functional situation of the main equipment,the usage methods and scenarios of IoT terminal devices,the analysis steps of intelligent algorithms are analyzed,and algorithms transform historical data analysis into a method for trend judgment,which meets the control process of rural sewage treatment processes.Combined with remote IoT terminal modules and data transmission,remote online control and remote maintenance are achieved.In practical engineering,modern intelligent algorithms are integrated into the control system to optimizing and tracking the control of system dosing and other aspects,ensuring stable operation of rural sewage treatment under unmanned conditions.It improves the efficiency of the dosing process,saves costs,and has great significance and value in engineering application terminals.
