摘要
为提高毛箔机张力控制的精度以及稳定性,以铜箔张力和线速度为控制目标,提出基于SIMOTION D425的直接张力控制系统。以阴极辊控制电机作为速度基准电机,保持铜箔线速度恒定,以收卷控制电机作为张力产生的主动控制单元,张力传感器作为张力反馈元件,构成直接张力闭环,保持铜箔张力恒定。分析了张力闭环的原理,并以恒张力为控制目标,建立了闭环控制模型。在此基础上,推导了张力积分分离的PID算法,以此来消除静差,实现更精确的张力控制。结果表明:所提系统不但实现了传感器数据采样、卷径计算和锥度调节,控制伺服驱动的输出,而且实现了铜箔收卷张力闭环控制,转速波动为0.34%,张力波动为1.75%,为毛箔机的张力控制提供了可靠的解决方案。
In order to improve the precision and stability of tension control of foil machine,taking copper foil tension and wire speed as control objectives,the main control system based on the SIMOTION D425 is proposed.The cathode roller control motor is used as the speed reference motor to keep the copper foil wire speed constant,and the winding control motor is used as the active control unit for tension generation.As a tension feedback element,the tension sensor forms a direct tension closed loop and keeps the copper foil tension constant.The principle of tension closed-loop is analyzed,and a closed-loop control model is established with constant tension as the control target.On this basis,the PID algorithm of tension integral separation is derived to eliminate static difference and achieve more accurate tension control.The results show that by using the proposed system,not only the sensor data sampling,coil diameter calculation and taper adjustment,control servo drive output can be realized,but also the copper foil winding tension closed-loop control can be realized,with the speed fluctuation of 0.34%,tension fluctuation of 1.75%.It provides a reliable solution for the tension control of the copper foil machine.
