基于离散元的对辊式破碎机破碎仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究对辊式破碎机工作性能,通过商用离散元仿真软件EDEM建立了对辊式破碎机破碎仿真模型,结合Tavares破碎模型对不同排料口间隙下的破碎机工作情况进行分析,将对辊式破碎机破碎过程可视化,同时分析散体物料的碎后粒度分布情况。结果表明:随着对辊式破碎机辊缝间隙的减小,同一筛分粒度所对应的矿石负累计产率越大,即破碎后的矿石越细小;同时还发现随着对辊式破碎机辊缝间隙的减小,矿石破碎程度增加的速率在变缓,辊缝间隙2 mm与辊缝间隙4 mm下的矿石碎后负累计产率分布基本一致,这说明辊缝间隙减小至一定阶段时,对辊破碎机的碎后产品粒度分布基本一致;对破碎仿真碎后产品粒度分析发现,可以使用Rosin-Rammlar粒度分布函数对对辊式破碎机破碎仿真碎后产品粒度进行描述,且拟合程度较好。 In order to study the working performance of roll crusher,a crushing simulation model of roll crusher is established by the commercial discrete element simulation software EDEM,and the crushing model of Tavares is combined to analyze the crusher working condition under different discharge opening gaps,to visualize the crushing process of roll crusher,and to analyze the post-crushing particle size distribution of bulk materials.The results show that with the reduction of roll gap of roll crusher,the negative cumulative yield of ore corresponding to the same screening size is larger,that is,the finer the crushed ore,it is also found that with the reduction of roll gap of roll crusher,the rate of increase in the degree of crushing of ore is slowing down,and the distribution of the negative cumulative yield of ore after crushing under the roller gap of 2 mm and 4 mm is basically the same,which indicates that the reduction of roll gap is not enough to reduce the size of crushed material to a certain stage,and the roll crushers can be used to analyze the crushing process.To a certain stage,the roll crusher after crushing product size distribution is basically the same,analysis of the particle size of the simulated crushing product shows that the Rosin-Rammlar particle size distribution function can be used to describe the particle size of the simulated crushing product of the roller crusher,and the degree of fit is better.
