考虑单位供应成本的供应商选择系统

摘要 对于同种物料的多个供应商,供应商的交货周期并不相同,受交货周期影响的安全库存和采购量也不同,因此单纯比较供应总成本并不能准确反映多个供应商之间供应成本的高低,无法准确地选中成本更低的供应商。针对该问题,首先分析供应总成本的组成,构建总成本模型,并针对交货时间将总成本模型转化成突出交货时间的形式,以单位物料的数量为准将总供应成本转化成单位供应成本,分别对总供应成本和单位供应成本进行求导确认交货时间对成本的影响,并通过实例验证将考虑交货周期的单位成本模型与传统模型的单位成本进行对比,最后根据实例分析过程设计并开发了供应商选择系统。结果表明考虑交货周期的单位成本模型与传统模型相比更能准确反映实际的供应成本,开发的系统能满足模型的运算,供应商和制造商可根据各成本组成部分的报价判断整体报价的合理性,制造商也可对比单位成本选择成本更低的供应商。 For multiple suppliers of the same material,the delivery cycle of the supplier is not the same,and the safety inventory and procurement volume affected by the delivery cycle are also different.Therefore,simply comparing the total supply cost cannot accurately reflect the level of supply costs among multiple suppliers,and cannot accurately select suppliers with lower costs.To address this issue,the composition of the total supply cost is analyzed,a total cost model is constructed,and the total cost model is transformed into a form that highlights delivery time based on delivery time.The total supply cost is converted to the unit supply cost based on the quantity of materials per unit,and the impact of delivery time on the cost is confirmed by calculating derivatives separately for the total supply cost and unit supply cost.The unit cost model considering the delivery cycle is compared with the unit cost of the traditional model through case verification.Finally,the supplier selection system is designed and developed according to the case analysis process.The results show that the unit cost model considering the delivery cycle can more accurately reflect the actual supply cost than the traditional model,and the developed system can meet the calculation of the model.Suppliers and manufacturers can judge the rationality of the overall quotation according to the quotation of each cost component,and manufacturers can also select suppliers with lower costs compared with unit cost.
