摘要 设计和实现了一个数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA),为现代工业自动化领域的SCADA系统提供一种创新的解决方案。传统SCADA系统存在安全性、响应速度慢、灵活性不足和集成困难等问题。为了解决这些问题,首先引入WebAssembly(Wasm)作为关键技术,以提供更高效、安全、可扩展的解决方案,通过将系统功能与用户界面转换为Wasm模块,实现一种能够在不同操作系统和设备上运行的SCADA系统。其次,利用WebSocket技术允许服务器和客户端之间的双向通信,以此来实现跨域通信和实时数据更新,保证数据的准确性。最后,采用QWidget设计图元控件,绘制、布局和事件处理来实现客户想要的样式和交互效果,方便客户进行快速二次开发。此外,为了验证设计的系统可行性,通过实际案例验证了所设计系统不但具有跨平台特性,而且用户可以通过标准的Web浏览器实时访问系统,无需受限于特定的操作系统或设备。客户还可以根据实际需求进行二次开发或者功能扩展,以及整合第三方设备和系统。 A data acquisition and monitoring control system(SCADA)is designed and implemented,which provided an innovative solution for the SCADA system in the field of modern industrial automation.The traditional SCADA system has problems such as security,slow response speed,insufficient flexibility and integration difficulties.To solve these problems,firstly,WebAssembly(Wasm)is introduced as a key technology to provide a more efficient,secure and scalable solution.By converting the system functions and user interface into Wasm modules,a SCADA system capable of running on different operating systems and devices is realized.Secondly,the use of WebSocket technology allows two-way communication between the server and the client,so as to realize cross-domain communication and real-time data update to ensure the accuracy of data.Finally,QWidget is used to design primitive controls,drawing,layout and event processing to achieve style and interaction effect that customers want,which is convenient for customers to carry out rapid secondary development.In addition,in order to verify the feasibility of the designed system,actual cases are used to verify that the designed system not only has cross-platform characteristics,but also users can access the system in real time through a standard web browser without being limited to a specific operating system or device.Customers can also carry out secondary development or function expansion according to actual needs,and integrate third-party equipment and systems.
