超声波焊接组合床网设备的设计与应用

摘要 使用传统胶粘工艺制作床网用胶量大、不环保,而现有超声波焊接无胶床网工艺自动化程度较低。为了解决此问题,分析了国内外超声波焊接床网的生产工艺,提出一种新的焊接方式,即由两组焊刀交替切换到弹簧串外侧进行焊接,克服了现有技术中使用一组焊刀反复插入弹簧串进行焊接造成的缺陷。依据该焊接方式,提出了超声波焊接组合床网设备的两种设计方案,并且分别制作了样机。试验结果显示,方案1的床网生产效率为10张/h;方案2的床网生产效率为15张/h,但出现了焊接强度不均匀的问题。通过对方案2中焊头组件的改进,有效解决了这一问题。结论认为,两种方案都具有较好的实用性,能够为企业节约成本;与现有超声波焊接床网技术相比,方案2的设备能够提高无胶床网的生产效率和质量。 Traditional mattress unit production requires a lot of glue and is not environmentally friendly.And the production efficiency of the existing artificial ultrasonic welding no-glue mattressunit is very low.The production technology of ultrasonic welding mattress unit at home and abroad is analyzed,and a new welding method is proposed,that is,two sets of welders are switched to the outside of the spring string alternately for welding,which overcomes the defect caused by the repeated insertion of one set of welders into the spring string in the existing technology.According to the above,two design schemes of ultrasonic welding combined mattress unit equipment are proposed,and prototypes are made respectively.The test results show that the production efficiency of scheme 1 is 10 sheets per hour,and the production efficiency of scheme 2 is 15 sheets per hour,and the welding strength is uneven.This problem is effectively solved by improving the welding head assembly in scheme 2.The conclusion is that both schemes have good practicability and can save cost for enterprises.Compared with the existing ultrasonic welding mattress unit technology,the equipment in scheme 2 can improve the production efficiency and quality of the no-glue mattressunit.
