摘要
实践创新能力是专业学位研究生的核心培养目标之一,某种程度反应了其本质特征。从亚里士多德“四因说”视角出发进行分析,可认为实践创新能力所要求的实践和创新属于形式因,知识教学、技能传授、创新成果转化应用属于质料因,协同共同体的建设属于动力因,促进经济社会发展和最终实现人的全面和谐发展属于目的因,四者间存在内在统一的关系。专业学位研究生的培养,应通过质料、形式、动力、目的四要素的综合发展提高实践创新能力。
Practical innovation ability promotion is the essential characteristics of the professional degree graduate education,which determines the key competence of highlevel practical talents.Combining the existing theory and practice of graduate education in China,with Aristotle’s“Four Causes”theory,from the perspective of material cause,formal cause,motive cause and purpose cause,this paper aims to explore the reasons why practice innovation ability is emphasized,how it is realized,what it is driven by and for,as well as the internal unity between the four causes.We clarified that practice and innovation are the formal factors,the teaching and learning of knowledge,the imparting and training of skills,and the transformation and application of innovative achievements are all material factors.The practical innovation community is the key to activate the practical innovation ability of professional degree graduates,as well as the purpose factor to promote economic and social development and ultimately achieve comprehensive and harmonious human development.The four factors are inherently unified.We tried to reveal the essence and law of high-level practical talent training,and provide inspiration for the development of professional degree graduate education.
