教学方法改革提升新文科人才培养成效的实证研究

摘要 作为新文科建设的重点之一,课堂教学是本科人才培养的“主渠道”,而教师队伍是课堂教学的“主力军”,学生则是课堂教学的中心,如何通过改进教学方法来调动学生的学习积极性,从而提升人才培养成效是新文科建设的一个重要话题。基于学生中心和产出导向的理念,以10届行政管理专业本科毕业生为调研对象,通过分析学习投入对综合性学习成效的影响机理来提升人才培养质量。结论如下:第一,学习投入是影响工作表现的重要因素,学生的学习投入度越高,其工作后的表现就越好;第二,讲授式教学、研讨式教学、翻转式教学均对学生的工作表现有显著正向影响;第三,讲授式教学不能有效提高学习投入对工作表现的影响作用,而研讨式教学和翻转式教学能有效提高学习投入对工作表现的影响作用。 Classroom teaching is the major channel for the new liberal arts construction,and teaching staff and students play different roles in this circumstance with the former as the leading force and the latter the vital participant.Therefore,it is quite important to arouse the students’enthusiasm for study and promote the effectiveness of talent training by improving teaching methods.How to do that is a key topic of new liberal arts construction.Based on studentcentered and outputoriented concept,the paper focuses on graduates of administration major in 10 sessions and analyses the influence mechanism of learning engagement on comprehensive learning effectiveness to promote talent training quality.The conclusions are as follows.First,learning engagement is an important factor affecting work performance;the higher the students’learning engagement,the better their work performance.Second,lecturing teaching,deliberative?teaching and flipped teaching all have significant positive effects on students’work performance.Third,lecturing?teaching cannot effectively improve the impact of learning engagement on work performance,while deliberative?teaching and flipped teaching can effectively enhance the impact of learning engagement on work performance.
