摘要
在“互联网+”时代,大学生心理健康需求不断发生改变,出现了表达含蓄内敛、家庭教育路径受阻、学校在心理健康领域参与度低等问题,学校和家长亟需提高对大学生心理健康教育的关注度和参与度。改善传统的家校协同心理育人模式,可以从“互联网+”角度入手,建立以家庭教育为主导、学校教育为辅助的大学生心理健康教育工作体系,为提升大学生心理健康水平提供新思路。
With the continuous development of science and technology,college students’mental health needs and representations have changed in the“Internet+”era.However,the problems such as implicit and restrained psychological expression of college students,blocked family education paths,and low participation of schools in the field of mental health,are still existing.This requires both colleges and parents to pay increasing attention and take active participation to college students’mental health education.To improve the traditional home-school cooperative psychological education pattern,we can start from the perspective of“Internet+”to establish a working system of college students’mental health education with family education as the leading force and school education as the auxiliary,and then provide new ideas for improving the mental health level of college students.
