Functional Design and Implementation of Jiangsu Province Mineral Resource Reserve Evaluation and Filing System

矿产资源储量是地质矿产勘查的最终成果,是国家的重要资产。矿产资源储量评审是政府掌握我国矿产资源情况的基本手段之一。目前,非油气矿产资源储量评审备案及建设项目压覆重要矿产资源审批还处于纸质审批阶段,尚未利用信息化手段实现网上审批,自动化程度不高。本文采用最新技术方案,研究实现了评审备案在线填报、审核和报部系统,不仅提高了工作效率,更有效辅助相关政府部门实现省、市、县三级储量评审备案信息的统一管理。

Mineral resource reserves are the ultimate result of geological and mineral exploration and an important asset of the country.Mineral resource reserve evaluation is one of the basic means for the government to grasp the situation of mineral resources in China.At present,the review and filing of non oil and gas mineral resource reserves and the approval of important mineral resources for construction projects are still in the paper approval stage,and online approval has not yet been achieved through information technology,with a low degree of automation.This article adopts the latest technological solution to study and implement an online review and filing system,which not only improves work eficiency but also effectively assists relevant government departments in achieving unified management of reserve review and preparation information at the provincial,municipal,and county levels.
