基于CiteSpace对我国腹部术后早期活动的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of early activities after abdominal surgery in China based on CiteSpace

目的了解我国腹部术后早期下床活动的发展现状、研究热点和前沿动态。方法以“早期活动”为主题,检索中国知网数据库文献,时间为2013年1月至2023年3月,运用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量分析,并绘制发文量、作者、研究机构和关键词共现知识图谱。结果共获得541篇相关文献,分析结果显示早期活动研究现处于快速发展阶段,文献主要发表在护理类期刊上。当前早期活动研究的热点是围手术期、护理干预、营养状态、早期活动、加速康复外科、康复护理。结论我国早期活动研究已有一定成果,但需要开展更多科学系统的护理管理方案及加强多学科合作以拓展研究的广度和深度。

Objective To review the current development status,research hotspots,and cutting-edge trends of early activities after abdominal surgery in China.Methods The literature of CNKI database was retrieved,with the retrieval duration from January 2013 to March 2023 and the theme of"early activities".We used CiteSpace software to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the literature and draw a knowledge map of the number of articles,authors,research institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 541 relevant pieces of literature were obtained,and it was found that research on early activities is currently in a rapid development stage,with the literature mainly published in nursing journals.The current hot topics in early activity research are perioperative period,nursing intervention,nutritional status,early activities,accelerated rehabilitation surgery,and rehabilitation nursing.Conclusion There have been certain achievements in early activity research in China,but more scientific and systematic nursing management plans need to be developed and multidisciplinary cooperation strengthened to expand the breadth and depth of researches.
