子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的疗效与产妇SDS评分观察

Effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and observation of maternal SDS score

目的观察子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的应用效果。方法选取100例产后出血产妇,根据干预方法不同分为对照组与干预组,每组50例。对照组采用水囊填塞法干预,干预组采用子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素干预。对比两组干预效果。结果,干预组治疗总有效率98.00%明显高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。干预组手术时间、止血时间及住院时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的效果确切,可减少产后出血量,缩短止血及手术时间,改善产妇不良情绪,提高日常生活能力,具有推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 10o cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group and intervention group according to different intervention methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with water sac tamponade,and the intervention group was treated with uterine balloon tamponade combined with oxytocin.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).The operation time,hemostatic time and hospital stay in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group,and the blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ability of daily living score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine balloon tamponade combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is effective,can reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,shorten the time of hemostasis and operation,improve the maternal bad mood,improve the ability of daily living,has the promotion value.
