更年期功能失调性子宫出血132例临床观察

Clinical observation of 132 cases of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨在更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者中采用肾上腺色腙片联合地屈孕酮治疗的效果。方法选取132例更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者,根据随机排序法分为两组,各66例。对照组常规使用地屈孕酮治疗,试验组在地屈孕酮基础上采用肾上腺色腙片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、止血时间以及性激素水平。结果相比对照组的86.4%,试验组的总有效率97.0%较高(P<0.05)。试验组患者在子宫内膜厚度、出血时间以及性激素水平方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相比单纯采用地屈孕酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血,联合肾上腺色腙片的效果更显著,缩短止血时间,改善性激素水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of adrenohydrazone combined with desdrogesterone in the treatment of menopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 132 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into two groups with 66 patients in each group according to random ranking method.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone,and the experimental group was treated with adrenohydrazone tablets on the basis of dydrogesterone.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,hemostatic time and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 97.0%higher than that of control group(86.4%)(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness,bleeding time and sex hormone levels of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with desdrogesterone alone in the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,the combined effect of adrenohydrazone tablets is more significant,shorten the hemostatic time,improve the level of sex hormones,worthy of clinical promotion.
