徽州区2020~2022年度农村适龄妇女宫颈癌筛查结果分析

Cervical cancer screening results of rural women in Huizhou District from 2020 to 2022

目的探讨徽州区2020~2022年度农村适龄妇女宫颈癌筛查结果。方法选取本中心实施免费宫颈癌筛查的徽州区农村妇女8501人作为研究对象,为其进行妇科疾病检查,针对宫颈液基细胞学检查结果实施阴道镜检查及镜下异常图像活检并送病理学检查,明确其筛查结果。结果共检出生殖道感染人数3059人,检出率为35.984%。生殖道感染检出率呈递减趋势,生殖系统良性疾病检出率呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴道镜诊断可疑或异常人数169例,异常比例54.870%。结论妇女宫颈癌筛查是早期发现宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌病症的重要方式,通过宫颈癌筛查可起到早发现、早确诊、早干预的目的,从而达到有效控制、逐步降低的效果,使女性健康生存环境得到全面优化,提高妇女健康水平。

Objective Explore the results of cervical cancer screening for rural eligible women in Huizhou District from 2020 to 2022.Methods 8501 rural women in Huizhou District,who were offered free cervical cancer screening in our center,were selected as the study subjects to conduct gynecological disease examination.Colposcopy and abnormal microscopic image biopsy were performed according to the results of cervical liquid based cytology examination,and pathology examination was sent to confirm the screening results.Results The number of reproductive tract infections was 3059,the detection rate was 35.984%.The detection rate of reproductive tract infection showed a decreasing trend,and the detection rate of benign diseases of reproductive system showed an increasing trend,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Suspicious or abnormal colposcopy diagnosis in 169 cases,abnormal proportion 54.870%.Conclusion Cervical cancer screening is an important way for early detection of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer diseases.Cervical cancer screening can achieve the purpose of early detection,early diagnosis and early intervention,so as to achieve effective control and gradually reduce the effect,so that women's health living environment can be comprehensively optimized and women's health level can be improved.
