电刺激生物反馈疗法联合雷火灸治疗压力性尿失禁的效果评价 被引量:1

Effect evaluation of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with lightning moxibustion in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence

摘要 目的探讨电刺激生物反馈疗法联合雷火灸治疗压力性尿失禁临床疗效及对盆底康复的影响。方法选取120例压力性尿失禁患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合雷火灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后漏尿量以及盆底功能。结果试验组总有效率较对照组高(95.00%VS 83.33%,P<0.05)。治疗后试验组漏尿量(2.17±0.66)ml少于对照组的(3.02±0.74)ml(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组快速、紧张收缩阶段肌电值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对压力性尿失禁患者在电刺激生物反馈治疗同时联合雷火灸干预能提高疗效,可减少漏尿量,能改善盆底功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with thunderfire moxibustion on stress urinary incontinence and its influence on pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods 120 patients with stress urinary incontinence were selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy,and the experimental group was treated with lightning fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,urine leakage and pelvic floor function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(95.00%VS 83.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,the urine leakage of the experimental group was(2.17±0.66)ml which was less than that of the control group(3.02±0.74)ml(P<0.05).After treatment,the EMG values of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with stress urinary incontinence,the combination of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy and lightning moxibustion can improve the curative effect,reduce urine leakage and improve pelvic floor function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
