探讨重组人干扰素α2b双途径给药治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HR-HPV感染的疗效

To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human interferon α2b dual pathway administration in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with HR-HPV infection

目的探讨重组人干扰素α2b双途径给药治疗慢性宫颈炎伴高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法选取80例慢性宫颈炎伴HR-HPV感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。试验组使用重组人干扰素α2b双途径给药治疗,对照组使用激光治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率97.50%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组HR-HPV转阴率高于对照组,阴道出血时间短于对照组,阴道出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性宫颈炎伴HR-HPV感染患者中使用重组人干扰素α2b双途径给药治疗,能够提高治疗效果,缩短激光后阴道出血时间,提高HR-HPV转阴率,改善免疫系统,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection.Methods 80 patients with chronic cervicitis with HR-HPV infection were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b dual-pathway administration,and the control group was treated with laser therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 97.50%higher than that of control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HR-HPV negative conversion rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the vaginal bleeding time was shorter than that of control group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In chronic cervicitis with HR-HPV infection,recombinant human interferon α2b dual route administration can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the vaginal bleeding time after laser,increase the rate of HR-HPV negative conversion,improve the immune system,and improve the quality of life.
