摘要
目的研究改良式安全分娩核查表在产房风险管理中的应用效果。方法选取200名分娩产妇,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组100名。对照组开展改良前安全分娩核查表,观察组开展改良式安全分娩核查表。比较两组应用效果。结果观察组产妇的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的新生儿并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度85.00%高于对照组的71.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式安全分娩核查表在产房风险管理中具有良好的应用效果。
Objective To study the application effect of modified safe delivery checklist in delivery room risk management.Methods 2oo parturients were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 1o0 in each group.The control group carried out the modified safe delivery checklist,and the observation group carried out the modified safe delivery checklist.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 85.00%higher than that in the control group(71.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified safe delivery checklist has a good effect in the delivery room risk management.
