前瞻性护理干预联合Kegel运动对无痛分娩产妇产后尿潴留的改善效果

Effect of prospective nursing intervention combined with Kegel exercise on improving postpartum urinary retention in women with painless delivery

目的探讨前瞻性护理干预联合凯格尔(Kegel)运动对无痛分娩产妇产后尿潴留的改善效果。方法选取70名无痛分娩产妇,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组35名。对照组应用Kegel运动,观察组在对照组基础上应用前瞻性护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组自主排尿率高于对照组,首次排尿时间短于对照组,尿潴留率、留置导尿管率均低于对照组,残余尿量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度97.14%高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前瞻性护理干预联合Kegel运动可以在无痛分娩产妇产后尿潴留干预中发挥重要的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of prospective nursing intervention combined with Kegel exercise on the improvement of postpartum urinary retention in women with painless delivery.Methods 70 parturients with painless delivery were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 35 in each group.The control group was treated with Kegel exercise,and the observation group was treated with prospective nursing intervention based on the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The rate of spontaneous urination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the time of first urination was shorter than that in the control group,the rate of urinary retention and retention of catheter were lower than that in the control group,and the residual urine volume was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of comfort status scale(GCQ)in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.14%higher than that of control group(74.29%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing intervention combined with Kegel exercise can play an important role in the intervention of postpartum urinary retention in women with painless delivery.
