健康教育应用在门诊妇科护理中对阴道炎患者依从性的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of health education application on the compliance of patients with vaginitis in outpatient gynecological nursing

目的探讨门诊妇科护理中引入健康教育对阴道炎患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取120例阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施强化健康教育护理。比较两组依从率、护理前后自我管理能力评分及护理满意度。结果观察组总依从率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者坚持治疗、心理调试、躯体活动评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。结论在门诊妇科护理中对阴道炎患者实施健康教育,可有效提高患者治疗依从性及自我管理能力,满意度较高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of health education in outpatient gynecological nursing on treatment compliance of patients with vaginitis.Methods 120 patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received intensive health education nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance rate,self-management ability score before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the adherence to treatment,psychological adjustment and physical activity scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education for patients with vaginitis in outpatient gynecological nursing can effectively improve the patients'treatment compliance and self-management ability,and the satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
