探讨健康教育在孕前优生检查中的护理效果

目的探讨健康教育在孕前优生检查中的护理效果。方法选取100例于本院开展孕前优生检查的女性,根据随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采取常规孕前优生检查,观察组在对照组基础上联合健康教育。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组对优生健康知识知晓率96.00%明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿出生缺陷发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕前优生检查过程中进行健康教育益处颇多,有助于孕前女性提升保健知识的认知度,增强自身管理能力,形成健康的生活习惯,积极防范出生缺陷问题,提升育龄夫妇的生活质量水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of health education in pre-pregnancy eugenic examination.Methods 100 women who underwent pre-pregnancy eugenic examination in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine pre-pregnancy eugenic examination,and the observation group combined health education on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The awareness rate of eugenic health knowledge in observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of birth defects in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education in the process of pre-pregnancy health inspection has many benefits,which can help the pre-pregnancy population to improve their awareness of health knowledge,enhance their own management ability,form healthy living habits,actively prevent birth defects,and improve the quality of life of couples of childbearing age,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
