宫腔镜刨削术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的效果

The effect of hysteroscopic planing surgery on submucosal uterine fibroids

目的探讨宫腔镜刨削术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的效果。方法选取本院200例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。对照组采用宫腔镜电切术治疗,试验组采用宫腔镜刨削术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、临床指标及并发症发生率。结果试验组治疗总有效率为99.00%,高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间、术后阴道出血时间短于对照组,术中出血量、灌注介质吸入量、灌注介质总量少于对照组,术后血钠水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为3.00%,低于对照组的13.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜刨削术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤,可改善临床相关指标,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗效果,可广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic planing surgery on submucosal uterine fibroids.Methods 200 patients with submucosal uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups based on random number table method,with 1oo cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic resection,while the experimental group was treated with hysteroscopic planing.The treatment effects,clinical indicators,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 99.00%,higher than the 88.00%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The surgical time and postoperative vaginal bleeding time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume,infusion medium inhalation volume,and total infusion medium volume were lower than those of the control group.The postoperative blood sodium level was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.00%,lower than the 13.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<o.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic curettage for submucosal uterine fibroids can improve clinical indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve treatment effectiveness.It can bewidelyused.
