多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的诊断方法及治疗策略

Diagnostic methods and treatment strategies for insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的诊断方法及治疗策略。方法选取本院60例多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用临床评分法进行诊断、达英-35进行治疗,研究组采用高胰岛素-正常血糖钳夹技术进行诊断、达英-35联合二甲双胍进行治疗,比较两组的诊断准确率、排卵率、规律月经率及体质量指数。结果治疗后,研究组诊断准确率、排卵率、规律月经率高于对照组,体质量指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高胰岛素-正常血糖钳夹技术诊断多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的结果更为准确,达英-35联合二甲双胍的治疗效果更好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the diagnostic methods and treatment strategies for insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and insulin resistance in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed using clinical scoring method and treated with Diane 35.The study group was diagnosed using high insulin normal blood glucose clamp technique and treated with Diane 35 combined with metformin.The diagnostic accuracy,ovulation rate,regular menstrual cycle rate,and body mass index of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the diagnostic accuracy,ovulation rate and regular menstrual cycle rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the body mass index was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The high insulin normal blood glucose clamp technique is more accurate in diagnosing insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and the treatment effect of Diane-35 combined with metformin is better,which is worth promoting.
