血府逐瘀汤加减对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜切除术后复发的干预效果

Interventional effect of modified Xuefu zhuyu decoction on recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic resection

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜切除术后复发的干预效果。方法选取本院100例子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜切除术后患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予地屈孕酮后半周期治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上,加服血府逐瘀汤。比较两组术后3个月、术后6个月的子宫内膜厚度及子宫内膜息肉复发情况。结果试验组术后3个月、术后6个月子宫内膜厚度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,试验组子宫内膜息肉复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉经宫腔镜切除术治疗后,在口服孕激素的基础上,随症服用血府逐瘀汤,可有效防止子宫内膜增厚,减少子宫内膜息肉复发,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic resection.Methods 1o0 patients with endometrial polyps who underwent hysteroscopic resection in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone for the second half of the cycle,while the experimental group was supplemented with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.Compare the endometrial thickness and recurrence of endometrial polyps between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after surgery.Results The endometrial thickness of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 3 and 6 months after surgery,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Three months after surgery,the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion After hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps,taking Xuefu Zhuyu decoction along with oral progesterone can effectively prevent endometrial thickening,reduce endometrial polyp recurrence,and improve clinical efficacy.
