中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床价值

Clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for female polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床价值。方法选取58例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,根据双盲法将其分为两组,各29例。对照组采用西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加以中药治疗,比较两组血清激素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数及治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组黄体生成素、睾酮水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的65.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征,有利于改善患者的激素水平,提升疾病治疗效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 58 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a double blind method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The serum hormone levels,insulin resistance index,and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the insulin resistance index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.10%,which was higher than the control group's 65.52%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is beneficial for improving patients'hormone levels and enhancing the therapeutic effect of the disease,and is worth promoting and using.
