安宁疗护在晚期宫颈癌护理过程中的应用价值

The application value of tranquility therapy in the nursing process of advanced cervical cancer

目的探讨安宁疗护在晚期宫颈癌护理过程中的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的118例晚期宫颈癌患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各59例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用安宁疗护,比较两组的疼痛评分、焦虑及抑郁情绪。结果干预后14d、28d,观察组疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期宫颈癌患者实施安宁疗护,能够改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪及疼痛表现,具有推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of tranquility therapy in the nursing process of advanced cervical cancer.Methods 118 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received palliative care.The pain scores,anxiety,and depressive emotions of the two groups were compared.Results After 14 and 28 days of intervention,the pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After intervention,the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing palliative care for patients with advanced cervical cancer can improve their anxiety,depression,and pain symptoms,and has the value of promotion and application.
