延续性护理结合健康指导在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果

The application effect of continuous nursing combined with health guidance in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatorydisease

目的探讨延续性护理结合健康指导在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院68例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展延续性护理结合健康指导,比较两组的疾病认知度、自我效能感、生活质量、治疗依从性。结果干预后,观察组疾病认知度、自我效能感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性为97.06%,高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者开展延续性护理结合健康指导,效果显著,有助于加深患者对疾病、治疗的认知,增强患者自护能力,改善患者生活质量,临床推广价值较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous care combined with health guidance in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 68 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received continuous care combined with health guidance.The disease awareness,selfefficacy,quality of life,and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the disease awareness and self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05);After intervention,the physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment compliance of the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than 79.41%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of continuous care and health guidance for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a significant effect,which helps to deepen their understanding of the disease and treatment,enhance their self-care ability,improve their quality of life,and has high clinical promotion value.
