磁性护理管理模式在高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌病围手术期中的应用效果

The application effect of magnetic nursing management mode in the perioperative period of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment for adenomyosis

目的探讨磁性护理管理模式在高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌病围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取本院妇科收治并接受高强度聚焦超声治疗的82例子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组予以常规围手术期护理,观察组则在此基础上实施磁性护理管理模式,比较两组术后疼痛感、术后舒适度、平均住院天数及护理满意度。结果观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均住院天数少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受高强度聚焦超声治疗的子宫腺肌病患者围手术期实施磁性护理管理模式,能有效提高患者的舒适度及护理满意度,降低术后疼痛感,缩短平均住院天数。

Objective To explore the application effect of magnetic nursing management mode in the perioperative period of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment for adenomyosis.Methods 82 patients with adenomyosis who were admitted to the gynecology department of our hospital and received high intensity focused ultrasound treatment were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group implemented a magnetic nursing management model on this basis.The postoperative pain,postoperative comfort,average hospital stay,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The average length of hospitalization in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<o.o05).Conclusion Implementing a magnetic nursing management model during the perioperative period for patients with adenomyosis who receive high-intensity focused ultrasound treatment can effectively improve their comfort and nursing satisfaction,reduce postoperative pain,and shorten the average length of hospital stay.
