基于互联网模式下的“黔安康小程序”康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果

Application of"Qian Ankang Mini Program"based on Internet mode in the rehabilitation of dysfunction of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探讨基于互联网模式下的“黔安康小程序”康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者功能障碍康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月贵州水矿控股集团有限责任公司总医院收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40)。对照组给予常规康复护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予基于互联网模式下的“黔安康小程序”康复护理,护理3个月后评价两组各功能恢复情况及生活质量改善情况。结果:护理前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、功能独立性量表(FIM)及改良巴塞尔指数(MBI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组,FIM及MBI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组特异性活动平衡信心量表(ABC)、功能性步态测试(FGA)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)及Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组ABC、FGA、FMA及BBS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SS-QOL各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑卒中偏瘫患者功能障碍康复中应用基于互联网模式下的“黔安康小程序”可有效促进患者神经功能的恢复,改善患者的运动功能、平衡能力及日常生活能力,进而提高其生活质量。

Objective To study the application effect of"Qian Ankang Mini Program"based on Internet mode in the rehabilitation of dysfunction of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 80 patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to the General Hospital of Guizhou Shuikuang Holdings Group Co.,Ltd.from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation care,while the study group received an internet based"Qian Ankang Mini Program"on the basis of the control group.After the nursing,the functional recovery and quality of life improvement of each group were evaluated.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),functional independent measure(FIM),Modified Barthel Index(MBI)between the two groups;After nursing,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the FIM and MBI scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Activities-specific Balance Confidence(ABC),Functional Gait Assessment(FGA),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of ABC,FGA,FMA,and BBS in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the Short Version of the Stroke Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL)scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the SS-QOL scores and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the"Qian Ankang Mini Program"based on internet mode in the rehabilitation of functional impairment in stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function,improve patients'motor function,balance ability,and daily living ability,thereby improving their quality of life.
