洛索洛芬钠联合玻璃酸钠对骨关节炎患者炎症反应及膝关节功能的影响

Effect of loxoprofen sodium combined with sodium hyaluronate on inflammatory response and knee function in patients with osteoarthritis

目的:探讨玻璃酸钠与洛索洛芬钠联用对骨关节炎患者炎症反应及膝关节功能的影响。方法:选取2020年9月—2023年3月齐河县中医院收治的骨关节炎患者106例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组接受玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予洛索洛芬钠治疗,用药时间均为7周。比较两组膝关节功能、炎症反应、临床疗效及疼痛程度。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)及膝关节功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的骨关节炎指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨关节炎患者采取洛索洛芬钠联合玻璃酸钠方式治疗的效果显著,患者体内炎症反应水平得到调节,疼痛程度降低,并提高患者的膝关节功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of loxoprofen sodium combined with sodium hyaluronate on inflammatory response and knee joint function in patients with osteoarthritis.Methods 106 patients with osteoarthritis admitted to Qihe County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:an observation group of 53 cases and a control group of 53 cases.The control group received sodium hyaluronate treatment,and on basis of the control group,another group of patients received loxoprofen sodium treatment for 7 weeks,to compare the knee joint function,inflammatory response,clinical efficacy,and pain level between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and knee joint function between the two groups of patients;After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with osteoarthritis,loxoprofen sodium combined with sodium hyaluronate has a significant effect,the level of inflammation in the patient is regulated,the pain level is reduced,and the knee joint function is improved.
