深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)是一种严重的并发症,可导致肺动脉栓塞等危及生命的后果。为了预防术中深静脉血栓的发生,本文旨在对手术室术中深静脉血栓预防策略的最新研究包括药物预防、物理预防、风险评估和筛查工具的使用、培训和教育等方面进行综述。通过对相关文献回顾和总结,我们对目前手术室术中深静脉血栓预防策略的有效性和安全性有了更深入地了解,并为临床实践提供指导。

Deep vein thrombosis(DVT)is a serious complication that can lead to life-threatening consequences such as pulmonary embolism.In order to prevent intraoperative DVT,the aim of this paper is to provide a review of the latest research on intraoperative DVT prevention strategies in the operating theatre including pharmacological prophylaxis,physical prophylaxis,use of risk assessment and screening tools,training and education.By reviewing and summarizing the relevant literature,we gain a better understanding of the effectiveness and safety of current intraoperative DVT prophylaxis strategies in the operating theatre and provide guidance for clinical practice.
