多模态影像融合联合多介质3D打印在复杂颈椎管内外沟通性肿瘤手术中的应用

摘要 目的:分析多模态影像融合联合多介质3D打印在复杂颈椎管内外沟通性肿瘤的应用效果。方法:以2019年10月~2022年8月本院收治的复杂颈椎管内外沟通性肿瘤手术患者40例为观察对象,分别对患者应用多模态影像融合技术,应用多介质3D打印技术对数字模型进行打印并实施手术。结果:9例行一期内固定者共植入螺钉27枚,位置良好,未出现脊髓、大血管及相邻脏器损伤等并发症,5例患者术后出现神经损伤症状,术后随访未发现肿瘤复发情况。术后人体感觉功能、肌力恢复较好。结论:多模态影像融合联合多介质3D打印技术可直观性看出复杂颈椎管内外沟通性肿瘤中血管、骨质以及瘤体之间的关联,提升对神经血管和脊柱稳定性的保护,降低术后并发症。 Objective:To analyze the effect of multimodality image fusion combined with 3D printing in the treatment of complex cervical spinal canal tumors.Methods:From October 2019 to August 2022,40 patients with complex cervical spinal canal tumors were treated with multimodality image fusion,the digital model was printed by multi-media 3D printing technology and the operation was carried out.Results:A total of 27 screws were implanted in 9 cases with one-stage internal fixation.The position of the screws was good and no complications such as spinal cord,great vessels and adjacent organs were found,no tumor recurrence was found after follow-up.Postoperative sensory function and muscle strength recovered well.Conclusion:Multi-modality image fusion combined with multimedia 3D printing technique can visually show the relationship between blood vessels,bone and tumor body in complex cervical spinal canal tumors,improve the protection of neurovascular and spinal stability,reduce postoperative complications.
