摘要
目的:评价尿沉渣显微镜法(离心镜检法)、尿干化学分析仪(试带法)与全自动尿沉渣分析仪(Sysmex UF1000i)单独及联合进行尿液有形成分检测的性能比较。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年12月本院收集的80例尿液样本,对单独及联合检测的诊断效能进行分析。结果:以显微镜检测结果为“金标准”,其中红细胞阳性56例,阴性24例;白细胞阳性61例,阴性19例;透明管型阳性58例,阴性22例;3种方法联合检测结果高于单一检测结果(P<0.05)。结论:对尿液有形成分采用尿沉渣显微镜法、尿干化学分析仪与全自动尿沉渣分析仪联合检测准确性更高。
Objective:To evaluate the performance comparison of urine sediment microscopy(centrifugoscopy),urine dry chemistry analyzer(test strip method),and fully automated urine sediment analyzer(Sysmex UF-1000i)for the detection of urine sediment components,both individually and in combination.Methods:80 urine samples collected from our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of individual and combined testing.Results:Using microscope detection results as the“gold standard”,56 cases were positive for red blood cells and 24 cases were negative;61 cases were positive for white blood cells and 19 cases were negative;58 cases were positive for transparent tube type and 22 cases were negative;The combined detection results of the three methods were higher than those of a single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of urine sediment microscopy,urine dry chemistry analyzer,and fully automated urine sediment analyzer is more accurate in detecting visible components in urine.
