可视喉镜在全身麻醉气管插管中应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Visual Laryngoscope in Tracheal Intubation Under General Anesthesia

目的:探析全身麻醉气管插管中应用可视喉镜对患者的临床价值。方法:纳入2020年1月~2023年1月在本院接受需全身麻醉气管插管手术治疗患者80例,采用随机数字表将编序后患者均等分设为对照组(直接喉镜方案)、观察组(可视喉镜方案),各40例。比较两组患者插管情况、并发症情况以评价可视喉镜的临床价值。结果:观察组患者首次插管成功率显著高于对照组,气管插管时间、声门暴露时间、环状软骨按压频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后相关并发症事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气管插管全身麻醉应用可视喉镜器械处理,能够保障首次插管成功率,降低插管操作所需时间,提高操作安全性。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of using visual laryngoscope in general anesthesia tracheal intubation for patients.Methods:80 patients who underwent tracheal intubation surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were included.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(direct laryngoscopy protocol)and an observation group(visible laryngoscopy protocol)using a random number table.There were 40 patients in each group.Compare the intubation and complications of two groups of patients to evaluate the clinical value of visual laryngoscopy.Results:The success rate of the first intubation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the tracheal intubation time,glottic exposure time,and cricoid cartilage compression frequency were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of visual laryngoscope instruments for general anesthesia in tracheal intubation can ensure the success rate of the first intubation,reduce the time required for intubation,and improve operational safety.
