戴明环管理模式在医院器械设备管理中的效果评价

The Evaluation of the Effectiveness of PDCA Management Method in Hospital Equipment Management

目的:评价戴明环(又称PDCA循环)管理模式在医院器械设备管理中的效果。方法:选择2020年4月~2021年11月医院医疗设备100件,根据管理方式的不同,分为对照组和观察组,各50件。对照组采用常规的管理方式,对设备进行清洁、消毒、维护,观察组采用PDCA循环的管理方式来指导设备的日常管理,并将两组的日常使用情况以及质量管理的效果进行对比。结果:经过相应的对比后发现,观察组的器械日常使用情况、质量管理效果、标签悬挂、医疗设备的维护填写、设备定期检查显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将PDCA管理方法运用于医疗仪器设备的管理,可以提高医疗仪器设备的使用率和维修质量,降低医疗仪器设备的损失率、故障率和遗失率。

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of PDCA management method in hospital equipment management.Methods:100 pieces of hospital medical equipment from April 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group based on different management methods,with 50 pieces each.The control group used conventional management methods to clean,disinfect,and maintain the equipment,while the observation group used a PDCA cycle management method to guide the daily management of the equipment.The daily usage and quality management effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After corresponding comparison,it was found that the daily use of devices,quality management effectiveness,label hanging,maintenance and filling of medical equipment,and regular equipment inspections in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying PDCA management method to the management of medical equipment can improve the utilization rate and maintenance quality of medical equipment,and reduce the loss rate,failure rate,and loss rate of medical equipment.
