摘要
目的:探讨内镜中心采用基于射频识别技术(RFID)的追溯系统的效果。方法:选取2017年4月~2018年3月本院进行清洗消毒的共计146件内镜为对照组,实施人工记录管理,选取2021年4月~2022年3月本院进行清洗消毒的共计146件内镜为观察组,实施基于RFID的追溯系统,对两组追溯记录情况、内腔面生物学监测结果、测漏完成率与检出率及医务人员满意度进行比较。结果:观察组追溯合格率、内腔面生物学监测合格率、测漏完成率较对照组均更高(P<0.05),两组测漏检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组(100.00%)医务人员满意度较对照组(80.00%)更高(P<0.05)。结论:基于RFID的追溯系统应用于内镜中心管理中,能够改善追溯记录情况,促进内腔面生物学监测合格率、测漏完成率提高,提升医务人员满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of using the tracking system based on radio frequency identification technology(RFID)in the endoscope center.Methods:A total of 146 endoscopes that were cleaned and disinfected in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the control group,and manual record management was implemented.A total of 146 endoscopes that were cleaned and disinfected in our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the test group,and an RFID based tracking system was implemented to compare the tracking records,the biological monitoring results of the inner cavity surface,the completion rate and detection rate of leak detection and the satisfaction of medical staff between the two groups.Results:The test group had higher qualification rate of traceability,qualification rate of intraluminal surface biological monitoring and completion rate of leak detection than the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of leak detection between the two groups(P>0.05);The satisfaction of medical staff in the test group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the RFID based traceability system in the management of the endoscope center can improve the traceability record,promote the qualification rate and leak detection completion rate of the biological monitoring of the lumen surface,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
