超声吸引器联合微型电刀在颅底脑膜瘤手术治疗中的应用

摘要 目的:探究超声吸引器联合微型电刀在颅底脑膜瘤手术治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取医院2022年1月~2022年12月收治的50例颅底脑膜瘤患者,将其采用奇/偶(1/0)分组方式分为研究组、对照组,各25例。对照组采用常规手术器械进行肿瘤切除,研究组采用超声吸引器联合微型电刀进行治疗,对比两组围术期情况、手术切除分级情况、并发症情况以及复发情况。结果:研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术中输血量少于对照组(t=7.363,39.050,55.551,16.916,P<0.05);研究组Ⅰ级80.00%高于对照组的56.00%,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级为20.00%,0低于对照组(秩和检验χ^(2)=6.149,P<0.05);研究组术后出现1例颅内高压,占比4.00%,低于对照组并发症发生率24.00%(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05);研究组复发率8.00%低于对照组的32.00%(秩和检验χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05)。结论:颅底脑膜瘤手术治疗中使用超声吸引器联合微型电刀具有良好的临床疗效,能够有效改善患者围术期指标,同时降低患者并发症发生率,对患者疾病预后有重要积极作用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of ultrasound suction device combined with micro electric knife in the surgical treatment of skull base meningioma.Methods:A study selected 50 patients with skull base meningioma admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into a study group and a control group using odd/even(1/0)grouping method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group used conventional surgical instruments for tumor resection,while the research group used ultrasound suction combined with micro electric knife for treatment.The perioperative conditions,surgical resection grading,complications,and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results:The surgical time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and transfusion volume were lower than those of the control group(t=7.363,39.050,55.551,16.916,P<0.05);80.00%of grade I in the study group was higher than 56.00%in the control group,20.00%in grade II and III,and 0 lower than the control group(rank sum test=6.149,P<0.05);1 case of intracranial hypertension occurred in the study group after surgery,accounting for 4.00%,which was lower than the complication rate of 24.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05);The recurrence rate of 8.00%in the study group was lower than 32.00%in the control group(rank sum testχ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of ultrasound suction device combined with micro electric knife in the surgical treatment of skull base meningioma has good clinical efficacy,can effectively improve perioperative indicators of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.It has an important positive effect on the prognosis of patients.
