摘要
目的:探究GeneX-pertMtb/RIF检测技术与抗酸染色和BD960培养、药敏的效果。方法:研究选取2022年1月~2022年12月医院收集的确诊结核病的80例患者痰液标本,均实施GeneX-pertMtb/RIF检测技术、抗酸染色、BD960培养以及药敏检验,对比三种方法检验的阳性率、检验敏感性以及药敏检验结果。结果:抗酸染色涂片、BD960培养、GeneX-pertMtb/RIF阳性例数分别为29例、44例、51例,阳性率分别为36.25%、55.00%、63.75%,GeneXpertMtb/RIF检验>BD960检验>抗酸染色涂片检验;抗酸染色涂片检验、BD960检验、GeneXpertMtb/RIF检验的敏感性分别为36.25%(29/80)、55.00%(44/80)、63.75%(51/80);经GeneXpertMtb/RIF检测51例阳性结果中利福平耐药17例(33.33%),BD960药敏试验44例阳性结果中利福平耐药患者8例(18.18%),GeneXpertMtb/RIF检测耐药性较好。结论:GeneX-pertMtb/RIF检测技术在应用过程中具有准确性高、灵敏性好、操作简单、使用便捷等优势,能够进行结核菌排查,同时还可以展开药敏实验,而且交叉污染发生率低,更加具有生物安全性。
Objective:To explore the effects of GeneX-pertMtb/RIF detection technology on acid fast staining,BD960 culture,and drug sensitivity.Methods:The sputum samples of 80 patients diagnosed with tuberculosis collected by the hospital from MarchJanuary 2022 to December 2022 were studied,and GeneX pertMtb/RIF detection technology,acid fast staining,BD960 culture and drug sensitivity test were performed.The positive rate,test sensitivity and drug sensitivity test results of the three methods were compared.Results:The positive cases of acid fast staining smear,BD960 culture,and GeneX-pertMtb/RIF were 29,44,and 51,respectively,with a positive rate of 36.25%,55.00%,and 63.75%.GeneXpertMtb/RIF test>BD960 test>acid fast staining smear test;The sensitivity of acid fast staining smear test,BD960 test,and GeneXpertMtb/RIF test were 36.25(29/80),55.00(44/80),and 63.75(51/80),respectively;Among 51 positive cases detected by GeneXpertMtb/RIF,17 were Rifampicin resistant(33.33%),and among 44 positive cases detected by BD960 drug sensitivity test,8 were Rifampicin resistant(18.18%).GeneXpertMtb/RIF showed good drug resistance.Conclusion:The GeneX-pertMtb/RIF detection technology has advantages such as high accuracy,good sensitivity,simple operation,and convenient use in the application process.It can be used for tuberculosis screening and drug sensitivity experiments.Moreover,the incidence of cross contamination is low,making it more biologically safe and worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
