超声治疗仪与Gracey刮治器分别联合替硝唑治疗牙周炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Ultrasonic Therapeutic Apparatus and Gracey Curer Combined with Tinidazole in the Treatment of Periodontal Disease

目的:探析牙周炎患者在替硝唑治疗基础上分别给予超声治疗仪、Gracey刮治器治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2020年1月~2022年12月在本院接受治疗的60例牙周炎患者,采用随机数字表将编序后的患者分设为对照组、试验组,对照组患者应用Gracey刮治器联合替硝唑治疗,试验组患者应用超声治疗仪联合替硝唑治疗,每组各30例。比较两种治疗方案对牙周炎患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组患者治疗方案有效率低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者在牙周探诊深度、牙周出血指数、牙周附着水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个月末次随访两组患者牙周相关指标指数有明显下降,对照组指标高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者疼痛程度评价分数无统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者评分有所下降,试验组治疗后24h、治疗后3个月分数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为牙周炎患者应用超声治疗仪联合替硝唑方案治疗能有效改善病情及牙周情况,缓解疼痛,降低病情对患者生活的影响。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus and Gracey curer on periodontal disease patients on the basis of tinidazole treatment.Methods:60 patients with periodontitis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table.The control group was treated with Gracey curettage combined with tinidazole,while the experimental group was treated with ultrasound therapy combined with tinidazole,with 30 patients in each group.Compare the clinical efficacy of two treatment plans for patients with periodontitis.Results:The effective rate of the treatment plan in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the depth of periodontal exploration,periodontal bleeding index,and periodontal attachment level between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).However,at the end of the 3-month follow-up,there was a significant decrease in periodontal related index between the two groups of patients.The control group had higher indicators than the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pain evaluation scores between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups of patients decreased.The scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 24 hours and 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ultrasound therapy instrument and tinidazole can effectively improve the condition and periodontal condition of Periodontal disease patients,relieve pain,and reduce the impact of the condition on patients’lives.
