ICP监护仪有创颅内压监测对神经系统急危重症疾病患者的应用价值

The Application Value of ICP Monitor for Invasive Intracranial Pressure Monitoring in Patients with Acute and Critical Diseases of Nervous System

目的:研究神经系统急危重症疾病患者应用ICP监护仪有创颅内压监测的临床效果。方法:本研究数据选择2020年1月~2023年1月在本院接受治疗的神经系统急危重症疾病患者30例,15例患者为对照组,该组患者经多种临床方案后判定ICP,15例患者为观察组,该组患者通过ICP监护仪有创颅内压监测动态观察,比较预后情况以及并发症情况。结果:观察组患者的并发症发生率和预后情况均较对照组显著优良(P<0.05)。结论:在神经系统急危重症疾病患者中,通过ICP监护仪进行有创颅内压监测,医疗团队能够更加精准地调整治疗方案,避免一些并发症的发生,有利于患者的预后康复。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of ICP monitor on invasive intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with acute and critical neurological diseases.Methods:The data of this study were selected from 30 patients with acute and critical neurological diseases treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023,half of whom were in the control group.ICP was determined after a variety of clinical protocols,and half of whom were in the observation group.The patients in this group were dynamically observed through ICP monitor.The prognosis and complications were compared.Results:The complication rate and prognosis of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acute and critical neurological diseases,invasive intracranial pressure monitoring through ICP monitor can enable the medical team to adjust the treatment plan more accurately,avoid some complications,and benefit the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.
