多模态超声检查对备孕期女性子宫内膜容受性的评估价值研究

Study on the Value of Multimodal Ultrasound Examination in the Evaluation of Endometrial Receptivity in Women Preparing in Pregnancy

目的:研究利用多模态超声检查评估备孕期女性子宫内膜容受性的价值。方法:于本院备孕成功和备孕失败各随机抽取43例,作为观察组和对照组,对比两组多模态超声检查结果,分析多模态超声检查评分对于备孕期女性的评估价值。结果:观察组子宫内膜厚度、RI、PI、S/D和对照组对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组内膜厚度评分和超声检查评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对备孕期女性进行多模态超声检查能够详细了解子宫内膜血流参数,根据检查评分可预测患者能否受孕成功,具有一定预测价值。

Objective:To evaluate the value of endometrial receptivity in pregnant women.Methods:43 cases were randomly selected from the success of pregnancy preparation and pregnancy preparation failure as the observation group and the control group to compare the results of multimodal ultrasound examination and analyze the evaluation value of multimodal ultrasound examination score for pregnant women.Results:The endometrial thickness,RI,PI,S/D and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).The intimal thickness and ultrasound scores in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multimodal ultrasound examination for pregnant women can understand the endometrial blood flow parameters in detail,and predict the success of conception according to the examination score,which has certain predictive value.
