探究中枢神经系统感染的脑电图、CT以及磁共振诊断分析

摘要 目的:观察中枢神经系统感染的脑电图、CT以及磁共振诊断分析。方法:回顾性分析在龙岩市第一医院2022年1月~2022年12月接受脑电图、CT以及磁共振检查的患者188例,根据患者临床诊断为金标准分组,其中临床诊断为中枢神经系统疾病的94例为研究组,其他脑部疾病的患者94例为对照组。比较两组检测诊断结果,并对研究组患者中临床早期检查结果与后期检查结果进行分析。结果:研究组中脑电图阳性检出率为89.36%,CT检查阳性检出率为56.38%,磁共振检查阳性检出率为97.87%。中枢神经系统感染患者在疾病的早期诊断检出率高于后期诊断,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中枢神经系统感染的早期诊断及病情严重程度、后期诊疗成效检查诊断中,磁共振诊断优于脑电图、CT诊断。 Objective:To observe the diagnostic analysis of EEG,CT,and MRI in central nervous system infections.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 188 patients who underwent EEG,CT,and MRI examinations at the First Hospital of Longyan City from January 2022 to December 2022.Patients were grouped according to the gold standard clinical diagnosis,with 94 patients diagnosed with central nervous system diseases as the study group and 94 patients with other brain diseases as the control group.Compare the diagnostic results of two groups of tests,and analyze the clinical early examination results and later examination results in the study group of patients.Results:The positive detection rate of EEG in the study group was 89.36%,the positive detection rate of CT examination was 56.38%,and the positive detection rate of magnetic resonance examination was 97.87%.The detection rate of central nervous system infection in patients with early disease diagnosis is higher than that in later diagnosis,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the early diagnosis and severity of central nervous system infection,as well as in the later diagnosis of diagnosis and treatment effectiveness,magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis is superior to electroencephalography and CT diagnosis.
