摘要
目的:分析应用综合因素分析法进行医学检验设备维护管理的效果。方法:选取2022年8月~2023年7月医疗检验设备维护管理资料600份,其中300份采用常规维护管理,另外300份实施综合因素分析法管理,比较维护管理质量、仪器设备故障率,临床满意度。结果:管理质量比较,常规维护管理期间质控评分较低,综合因素分析法管理时期较高,组间差异显著(P<0.05);故障率比较,综合因素分析管理可显著降低故障率(5.33%),常规管理时期为22.67%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);临床满意度比较,常规管理时期为82.00%,综合因素分析管理为99.00%,综合因素分析管理满意度较高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:综合因素分析在维护管理医学检验设备中具有较高价值,可提高维护管理质量和临床满意度,降低故障率,应用效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of applying comprehensive factor analysis method in the maintenance and management of medical laboratory equipment.Methods:600 medical inspection equipment maintenance and management materials were selected from August 2022 to July 2023,of which 300 were managed through routine maintenance and the other 300 were managed through comprehensive factor analysis.The quality of maintenance and management,equipment failure rate,and clinical satisfaction were compared.Results:Compared to the management quality,the quality control score during routine maintenance management was lower,while the comprehensive factor analysis method had a higher management period,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05);Compared with the conventional management period,comprehensive factor analysis and management can significantly reduce the failure rate by 5.33%,which is 22.67%.There is a significant difference between groups(P<0.05);Clinical satisfaction comparison showed that the routine management period was 82.00%,and the comprehensive factor analysis management period was 99.00%.The latter had higher satisfaction,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive factor analysis has high value in the maintenance and management of medical laboratory equipment,which can improve the quality of maintenance and management and clinical satisfaction,reduce failure rates,and have significant application effects.
