摘要
新一代人工智能技术正加速向各种产业渗透,成为推动企业技术创新的重要路径。基于制造业上市公司数据的实证分析结果表明,人工智能有利于企业技术创新规模的提升,并且促进企业的渐进式创新、突破式创新与双元创新平衡。然而,当前我国人工智能技术创新规模扩张落后于人工智能产业规模扩张,突破式技术创新的边际收益弱于渐进式创新,导致企业缺乏推进突破式创新的内在动力。因此,应把加大创新资本投入和培育高技能劳动力作为人工智能赋能企业技术创新的重要抓手,加强人工智能基础技术研发,强化知识产权保护,优化技术创新生态环境。
The new generation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is accelerating its penetration into various industries and has become a critical path to promote enterprise technological innovation. Although it is conducive to the innovation and development of enterprises, the current scale expansion of AI technology innovation in China lags behind its industrial scale expansion, and the marginal benefits of breakthrough technological innovation are weaker than incremental innovation, leading to a lack of internal motivation for enterprises to promote breakthrough innovation. Therefore, we should increase innovation capital investment and cultivate high-skilled labor force as the important driving forces for AI empowering enterprise innovation, enhancing the research and development of AI basic technology, strengthening intellectual property protection, and optimizing the ecological environment for technological innovation.
